Our patent has been infringed

It can happen that a competitor offers to sell or advertise something which your company has patented. In that case, the patent has been infringed and this must be stopped.

Your company has invented a puzzle cube for which you ow a patent. One day you find an advertisement from a competitor offering to sell a puzzle cube that is almost identical to your company's puzzle cube. After looking through the advertisement, you conclude that the competitor is infringing your company's patent through the sale of their product, and you must take immediate action.
